Saverglass x Domaine Serene

B2B Sustainability & Customer Success Film | Oregon

A Light

Touch

Domaine Serene has long believed that great winemaking begins with respect for the land. When founder Grace Evenstad challenged Saverglass to create a wine bottle that was 30% lighter than the industry standard without compromising the premium experience the result was more than an engineering achievement. It became a story about innovation, partnership, and a shared commitment to reducing environmental impact.

Fieldborn Creative was brought in to craft a genuine sustainability story and produce a documentary-style brand film that connected technical innovation with the values behind it.

Shaping

The Story

The most meaningful sustainability stories rarely begin with numbers. They begin with people.

Our approach centered on the shared philosophy between Domaine Serene and Saverglass: that long-term stewardship isn’t a marketing initiative, but a responsibility. Through interviews, intimate vineyard imagery, and quiet moments of craftsmanship, the film explored how a seemingly small design decision reflected a much larger commitment to future generations.

Instead of explaining the technology, we focused on the people and values driving it.

For both Domaine Serene and Saverglass, reducing the weight of a bottle was never just about shipping efficiency. It was about proving that thoughtful innovation and premium craftsmanship can move forward together.

For Fieldborn, it was an opportunity to tell a story where sustainability wasn’t presented as a feature, but as a reflection of values.
