Founded by lifelong creatives Kaare Iverson and Dan Holz, Fieldborn Creative has spent over 15 years shaping stories for brands and organizations around the world. Their journey began on a remote beach in southern Thailand, a chance encounter that sparked a partnership that’s still going strong.
Driven by a shared love of story and place, they’ve worked from alpine peaks to bustling city streets, always seeking narratives that move people. Together, they capture the grit, beauty, and truth that make every story unforgettable.

With over two decades of experience, Dan Holz has left an indelible mark as a producer and director, crafting impactful photographic campaigns and award-winning films that resonate globally. His lens has focused on the art of storytelling, with a dedication to conservation, active lifestyles, and the exhilarating world of mountain sports.In the face of some of the planet's most challenging conditions, Dan thrives, finding joy in every minute of the creative process. As an ambassador of Protect Our Winter's Creative Alliance, he passionately shares narratives that ignite action for a sustainable future.
Currently calling Leavenworth, Washington home, Dan resides with his wife Lisa and two daughters. Together, they find solace and adventure in exploring the rugged landscapes of the North Cascades and beyond.

Kaare Iverson is a commercial photographer and director based on the beautiful and rugged North Coast of California. Born in Canada and named after a boat that was named after a boat, Kaare brings a layered sense of heritage and curiosity to every project.
His path to visual storytelling has been shaped by a wide range of experiences - from teacher and chef to climber and writer - but photography has always been the throughline. With a deep respect for the planet and an eye for the human element, Kaare’s work explores the intersection of ingenuity and ecology, often with a playful detour into unexpected creative territory.
Kaare is a member of Protect Our Winters’ Creative Alliance, aligning his creative practice with a commitment to environmental advocacy and climate action.

Sara Soegel is a content strategist, designer, and digital marketing expert. She holds a degree in psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz and has a comprehensive background in both non-profit and commercial marketing.She has led the marketing department of one of the fastest growing tech companies in the U.S. (Métier, 5-time Inc. 500), worked for an award-winning advertising agency on clients including Medtronic, and been recognized regionally as one of the Top 40 Under 40 professionals.
Sara brings together compassion, design savvy, and data-driven strategy to ensure that your content reaches the right audiences at the right time, measurably.
